For more than 12 years, I have led leadership, development and system change programmes designed to up-skill clinicians and senior healthcare leaders globally.
These programmes were consistently well received. Feedback was positive. The sessions were engaging. Yet over time, a persistent frustration emerged:

When “good training” isn’t good enough
Much of the training being delivered across the sector was fundamentally misaligned with the reality of today’s healthcare system.
In effect, we were placing a plaster over a wound, rather than addressing the root cause.
At the same time, I saw a growing disconnect between pharmaceutical companies and the NHS, despite the fact that both ultimately serve the same patients. The system was changing rapidly, but training, engagement models, and leadership development were not keeping pace.
Why healthXbridge was created
healthXbridge was born to address this gap.
Our purpose is to connect pharma and the healthcare system through relevant, compliant, and system-aware leadership and capability development.
